DAY 43:
Not a good day at all guys..only had like 400 calories and one meal! This is not a model diet example and I do not promote cutting calories I just genuinely didn’t have time to eat!
Breakfast: Half a green smoothie (avocado, spinach, Apple, banana and almond milk and fresh ginger)
Lunch: noneDinner: wholewheat spaghetti, home made fresh tomato sauce with chilli and spinach.
