Healthy Recipe!: Cucumber Salad

If you’re like me, then you love cucumbers! In addition to cucumbers being almost zero calories (due to their high water content), they are also packed with vitamins and can help with hydration, weight loss, and clearing up your skin! Pretty cool, right? Anyway, below is a basic cucumber salad recipe that tastes delicious and has many ways to customize it to your own taste. Enjoy!


Ingredients:

3 large cucumbers, sliced (skin is optional)

2-2.5 TBSP (give or take) apple cider vinegar

Salt and pepper, to taste

Hidden Valley Dry Ranch Seasoning, to taste


Directions:

Slice up the cucumbers and put into a container with a lid that can be stored in the refrigerator. Add the apple cider vinegar and then the salt, pepper, and ranch seasoning. Put lid on container and shake until evenly dispersed. Let “marinate” for one hour in the fridge before serving. Store in fridge after.


*I’d personally say it makes about 6-8 servings
