Single handedly the meal that showed me that I could handle this whole keto thing! Cloud bread from Craig @ Ruled Me paired with a chicken, pepperjack, bacon, avocado & spicy mayo sandwich. When this “bread” worked out, I knew I would be able to manage my cravings and not feel like I was missing out on the foods I love..instead, I can just alter them. LET’S EAT BETTER, LET’S LOSE WEIGHT, LET’S DO THIS :D
