Lunch: 400 calories!

Turkey breast, mayo (low fat), mustard, and mixed greens on sandwich thins bread. 16 pieces of original wheat thins and 2 tablespoons of Sabra roasted red pepper hummus. I have hit my fiber goal for the day and I’m almost at my protein goal!
