Omg so this is what I made for lunch today and it’s actually amazing! First time I’ve eaten quinoa as well ππΌππΌππΌ
Veggie Packed Lunch Bowl:
1. Quinoa mixed with chopped garlic and paprika
2. Handful of spinach
3. 2 chopped spring onions
4. Sweetcorn
5. Roasted red pepper
6. Roasted carrot spears seasoned with paprika
7. Chopped green pepper
8. Drizzled with olive oil and sweet chilli sauce
9. All seasoned with salt and pepperBung it all in and viola!
