Overnight oats for breakfast 😍😍😍
⏺30 gr rye flakes
⏺Same quantity of water
⏺100 gr natural yoghurt
⏺cinnamon and sweetness (i used fake sugar but honey; agave;… works aswell)
☞Mix and Put overnight in the fridge
⏺add fruits of choice (i just had some blueberries leftover)

Morning-run is also done now, so i am able to enjoy the rest of the day😊πŸ’ͺπŸ‘Œ
